Depends on what the objective is. If you're saying a straight-up old-fashioned throw down or in terms of sheer firepower, gotta go with the Super Star Destroyer. If you're talking more of a race, a strategic battle, or an obstacle course...well, the USS Voyager and the Star Destroyers both have lightspeed capabilities, but the Star Destroyer does have the 'armada' you spoke of. The downside of the Star Destroyer of course is its sheer mass and clumsiness; it takes longer to clear a gravity well because of its mass, and can't fit into the same tight spots the Voyager can. A classic example of this would be how The Millenium Falcon escaped in Episode IV. ;)
Hold up a bit. After 7 of 9, the Borg and future Janeway upgraded the Voyager they were more than a match for the Borg cubes, Now consider the amount of damage the star destroyers suffered from asteroids in the second movie I don't believe their shields are all that great. One good shot on the reactor of a star destroyer would disable or destroy it completely. If the fighters couldn't get through the shields they wouldn't be much more than target practice for Voyager's computer.
