I made a 3 minute video using Sony Movie Studio Platinum 12, when rendering it, I cant seem to find the smallest file size available while still maintaining a good quality video. Which options would allow me to do that?
Also, when using preset options, it came out to be 1.6GB, ridiculous file size
Update:Its a 3 minute video rendered to become 150mb when using DVD Architech mpeg format. Its Movie studio 12 so I dont know how to render properly because of all the new functions

Use Mpeg4 compression. A three minute video should be small and nowhere near that size even in HD. Sounds like the file being rendered is in a raw uncompressed form
at the start, see in case you are able to merely render a record out, the open a browser, surf over to YouTube, sign in and upload your video that way. I extremely have yet to hearken to of a NLE which could submit directly to YouTube and do it precise. maximum fail at this technique.
You can have one but not both. There is always a trade off.
