Okay this is a serious question (so no haters)
Im 5'6" and 150 lbs and have found a diet I can stick to.
Basically I eat mostly vegetables with 2 pieces of 4 oz. chicken or turkey breasts a day. As well I walk for 2 hours a day. I think with the veggies my calories equal out to like 1,200 calories.
I have problems with yeast and this way of eating is very healthy in killing off a yeast overgrowth. Before I had a yeast overgrowth i was about 110lbs. Has anyone done a diet like this..and lost weight?
Do you think I will be able to lose the 40 lbs I gained by the end of the year??

you should also work out and dont eat carbs becuase they contain sugar like wheat, rince, potatoes and other foods and eat about 1500 calories a day and u will loose 1 pound a day this is scientificaly proven
