I have the verizon inpulse plan and i'm trying to add more minutes. im doing it online and its not working. your suppossed to get a text message with a pass word and then input the pin number form the card you buy at a store. do i need to re activate my phone or something? because i have not used it in a while.

It would depend on how long it has been since you have used it. If it is 3months or longer, you will probably have to get a new number. You can do this at your local store or you can simply dial *611 send from your handset and it will connect you to customer service. I sure hope that this helps!
