Very bad stomach aches?
For the past 4 weeks I've been having very bad stomach ache (two days after the day I arrived on vacation in pismo beach California) ever since then I've had diahreeah, very ba stomach aches where I feel like my stomach will explode, after I eat my stomach expands greatly, and heartburn. What is wrong? And how can I fix it

You are having acute infective travellrs diarroeha with gastritis.
You need to see Doc urgently before illness worsens.
Mean while take bland diet,boiled water with electrol powder.
Pentaprozole 40mg daily and rifaxime 200mg thrice a day.

You need to keep it bland today. I would suggest plain white rice, some crackers or some broth. A banana is good if you have been going to the bathroom a lot because it increases your potassium levels. I do not recommend yogurt of any sort or oatmeal. Popcorn is not a good choice either. Just keep it simple and make sure you replenish your liquids by drinking water or ginger ale.
