Hi! I've been having a few problems with my white wooden night stand lately. The first thing i noticed, maybe a week ago, was that a piece of the night stand seem to be coming off. It wasn't very noticeable so I didn't pay much attention to it. A few days later my fish bowl cracked and it leaked ... I had a some mail on the nightstand to and some of the ink imprinted on it... Other than that it looked fine the wood didnt seem to bubble up or wrinkle up if that's how u could describe Water damage. (I've had water damage on previous furniture from when I was a kid and that's usually what it looked like) today I was going about my business and I noticed some large cracks on the edges of the night stand near where it seemed to be falling off... I felt the inside of the nightstand and I didn't see signs of damage but could it be water damage or not? It looks like it just split like someone was hitting it or something

Yes, it's water damage. Wood doesn't like to get wet without it being repaired. If you've had the nightstand for a long time, it might be time to get a new one.
