Dave and Lisa, you usuallynput the guy first

I suggest Lisa and Dave, this is a card for your dad. Although, I think that once you are married his name should be ordered in front of yours. Typically the males name goes first.

Dave and Lisa.. When i sign cards from my family i usually do it in age order.

I would sign it "Lisa and Dave" because it's for you father not his.

dave and lisa, because it sounds better when saying it, don't put your name in front just because his your father

Either is fine and appropriate. Which ever way you feel comfortable with at the time of signing the card will be fine, don't worry.

You put your own name last (assuming the other is your husband or brother. eta: that read like it mattered who the other person is, lol. it doesn't, yours goes 2nd).

It's not "Me & Dave", but "Dave & I".

It's your dad, you need to go first. End of story.
