Puberty usually begins in boys anywhere between the ages of 8-17, although the so called "average age" seems to be around the ages of 11-14.

Since you're a growing 13 year old teenage-boy and you already have pubic hairs then those pubic hairs means that you have officially begun puberty already, you're just simply on the earliest stage of puberty, but don't worry because right now you maybe on the earliest stage of puberty but in like 2-3 years from now you could be very well into puberty, in fact pretty soon as the weeks, months, and years go by you will start noticing hair growing under your armpits, on your face, on your legs, on your arms, on your chest, pretty much everywhere all around your body.

Also expect your penis to practically double in size within the next 2-3 years, in fact usually before most of all of your other pubertal body changes happen your penis will grow first and trust me it will get a lot bigger, longer, and larger, and your testicles will get bigger too, and your testicles will start making semen and as a result you will then start ejaculating semen/sperm about a few months later after your penis begins growing at a very rapid speed.

Your voice will drastically change it will go from a boy's high voice into a man's deep voice, expect to gain a lot of muscles especially around your arms making you much stronger than what you've ever been before in your life and most of those new muscles will all grow in just a few months and years.

Within the next few weeks, months, and years expect your body to change shape from a boy's body shape into a young man's body shape, expect your shoulders to get much wider, your body to enlarge and get much bigger and heavier, and expect to grow grow much more taller than what you are now.

In fact I wouldn't be surprised if by this time 2-3 years from now you'll have a lot of armpit hair, it starts as just a few unnoticeable hairs, but soon enough a few months later those few armpit hairs turn into a huge bunch of noticeable armpit hairs.

Point is that I can guarantee you that you have officially begun puberty and that as a result you will grow a lot within the next few weeks, months, and years all throughout your teenage-years and maybe even into your early 20s.
