My budget is very low. I am gonna use it for mostly using internet, watching youtube videos and using MS office.. Not sure if I might need to buy a graphic card for above uses.
I am gonna need to buy is CPU, motherboard, RAM, PSU +/- Graphic card .. I can use my old cabinet
Update:in the price range that I am looking for, does AMD have an advantage over Intel ? I think closest one of Intel in this range is G620 Pentium. So are these AMD CPU which you have suggested better than intel G620?

Another possibility in that price range is the Intel Pentium G850 (2.9GHz, Sandy Bridge core).

Compared to lower-end AMD X3s and quads, the Intel is faster on single-threaded tasks, faster in most games (though not when using integrated video), and runs on lower power (65W versus 100W).

The best "bang for the buck" would be the A6-3650...see here...http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_value_available.ht...
the 3650 has a "built in" HD 6530 graphs which means you do not need a video card. The power need is quite low so even an older PSU should work. There are plenty of mother boards to chose from... http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Sub...

With all due admire, if you have to ask what you will have got to build a computer you then would not have the competencies to construct it. I advise you out with a barebone kit which commonly comes with all the components wanted but, you gather it and install the working method. This will provide you with a excellent working out of the laptop and enable you to build one in a while. Assess out this quad four on the hyperlink under. The one factor you do is bring together and set up home windows. Edit: "I've built 1000s of gaming computers for my customers and without exception none of them has any hardware dilemma within the first one year" i don't suppose that for a minute. I've ordered new materials and so they had been dangerous after I opened them. No person has ever developed "hundreds and hundreds" of computers with out a single obstacle. Tell that to anyone who does not recognize whatever about computer systems.

don't need a graphics card for word processing usually
For stuff like that I would choose a Llano APU like the a4-3400. It costs about 60$ and is enough for light gaming so no videocard needed. Fm1 boards are also very cheap especially ones with the a55 chipset which in contrary to the a75 chipset only doesnt support usb 3.0, sata hubs and sata 6gbps.
