The second one (the one with the hat) makes your eyebrows stand out. In the first one, you look like you're about to blink, because your eyes look half-closed, but I still think your avatar looks better.

The shape of your face is nice, and your hair suits you. Always leave your hair visible though. In the second picture, you've worn a cap, and your hair isn't entirely visible so you don't look that nice.
