I would go with Accounting and finance BS. Its a better market and it's an actual skill.
BTW, don't feed into the rumors that state schools are shitty! It's so much cheaper, and in most cases just as good education. = )
A BS in accounting is a much better degree, since you actually learn an employable skill. Minoring in communications may just be a waste of money.
