I'll just copy and paste my statement on a previous question. I do not like judging the two so early in their careers.
Football is a team sport. Wins and losses cannot be attributed to a sole player, it's a team effort. the COLTS are 6-3. Not Andrew Luck. The REDSKINS are 3-6, not RG3.
Take that into consideration before judging which rookie quarterback is better through the first 9 games of their career. There isn't a single thing that Andrew Luck is doing that RG3 isn't capable of. The Colts defense has allowed 6-9 opponents to equal or below 23 points. Would you even like to guess how many times the Redskins defense has done that? ONCE. RG3 has more touchdowns, better completion percentage, only reason he doesn't have more yards is because he's attempted 100 less passes.
RG3 has now lost his top 3 targets for a significant amount of time. His best target is Andrew Lucks former back-up in Indy, and he's hampered by a debilitating foot injury. Fred Davis is a viable option a TE, gone for the season. Moss was the only guy Griffin had left to count on, and he's lost for a good remainder of the season(EDIT: He's back today, and caught a 61 yard touchdown). Andrew Luck has targeted Reggie Wayne more than any quarterback in the NFL has targeted another receiver. No other rookie quarterback has that luxury of passing to a hall of fame receiver of his pedigree.
The Colts have only scored over 23 points twice all season long. The Redskins have 6 times. What about that stat leads anyone to believe that RG3 isn't performing better than Andrew Luck. He does not play defense and has elevated that Redskins offense to among the top ranks in the NFL. Luck is a fine rookie quarterback but it's rather lazy to assume that a teams record is a direct reflection of the quarterback.
I believe both are excellent quarterbacks who will lead legendary teams in the next decade.

Personally, I believe that Robert Griffin III is the better rookie quarterback. Griffin III has an extremely good work ethic.
Down the road Luck will have better numbers, but for the next 5 years or so RG3 will probably outshine Luck
Russell Wilson because he out gunned Tom Brady and Luck will lose to the Patriots today.
RG3 looked good today, but who doesnt look good against the Eagles
