The 2010 isn't a new version of the animated movie. It's like a sequel, not a second version. But I like the animated one much better. Did you see the one from 1999?
If a million is sturdy, and 10 is undesirable, then Alice in Wonderland is like, -5. Its merely magnificent, i like what Tim Burton has completed with it, and it grow to be so pleasing. you ought to like it, definitely worth going.

Disney's animated version is better than the Tim Burton live action for a couple reasons:
1) it stays true to the Lewis Carroll book while Burton makes up his own version;
2) Burton's version tends to be dark while the animated feature is nonsense, song and entertainment
My favorite version, however, is an early 30s live action version which is near impossible to find nowadays.
Definitely love the Disney Animated version wayyyyyyyyyy better!

The Tim Burton version. But that could be because I haven't read the book so I wouldn't know how far either one strayed from the book.
I like the one in Kingdom Hearts best.
The older one, or really any other one that isn't the new one with Johnny Depp. That movie was horrendous.
Animated :)
