I'm trying to learn German and I was wondering how to say "From Hell's heart, I stab at thee; For hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee” I didn't want to use a Online translator because some times those can be kind of off. Also if anyone knows any other online aids please share them with me.

The old words thou (du) and thee (dich) come even closer to German than the word you.
Alwin E wrote a lovely translation, but the meaning is not exactly translated.
I will translate it part by part.
From Hell´s heart.... Aus dem Herzen der Hölle
I stab at you... steche ich auf dich ein
For the hates sake... Um des (or meines) Hasses willen....
I spit my last breath at thee... spucke ich meinen letzten Atem auf dich
Nick gave a good answer, but as a native, I'd curse thee in another way:
"Aus dem Herzen der Hölle stammt das Messer, mit dem ich dich erdolche,
und mit meinem letzten Atemzug spucke ich meinen Hass auf dich."
It's not a literal translation, but a pathetic one, which would be fit for a story. The problem is, you cannot translate "thee" or "thou" into modern German. It always makes good impression in English, but in German you'll have to find another way to impress people, as we have nothing similar to "biblical pronouns" any longer.
It would help if you would provide the english sentence because your german "text" is rubbish.
Will have a go, properly not 100%
Vom Hertzen der Hoelle, ersteche ich Sie
Fuer allen Hass, spucke ich meinen letzten Atemzug auf Sie.
