Wonder Woman would fall prey to Starfox's euphoric abilities because they are mental in nature. It's also a subtle power, so Wonder Woman would not even be aware of it occurring to her at first.

However, Wonder Woman is significantly stronger than Starfox and would defeat him in a physical battle. If she begins to suspect that her emotions are being manipulated, she would use her Lasso of Truth to stop Starfox from continuing that.

Her resistance to magic would probably come into play, so I'm guessing she would override it. However, Star Fox did woo SheHulk previously with the power, so perhaps it would work on her. Overall, I'd give it a toss up. Depends if his euporia power is considered "magic" enough for Wonder Woman to deflect it.
