I am trying to make some really fancy brownies for the family. The instruction are really dumb. It's all like 1 part this and 3 parts that to make it work.
None of my cups have parts on them as a unit of measurement. I am also unclear on what size cup I use when it says 1 cup of egg (1 egg) fill with 2 parts milk to make a cup. Like WTF?
I have several different sized cups in my kitchen. It does not state small medium or large. Is this based on how much I want to eat?

You are really dumb. Everyone I know learned ratios n elementary school. Or are you just trolling?
I have never seen a box brownie mix say, "equal parts...." That's just weird.....
But, just use cup measurers to make it work....
If you use a cup of mix and it says use 1 part of mix and three parts of water, then use 3 cups of water....
The egg part is you crack one egg, put it in the measuring cup, and fill the rest of the cup with milk....
Cup is often used as a unit of measurement in the U.S. n the U.S I think the equivalent is 240mls and in the UK it's 250mls
They are the same.
