How can I or can I even fix this on my own? I'm OK with tools I'm not the biggest fix it man but I dont screw things up... lol
To me I seem to think from reading various posts that I just have to unscrew all the screws on my inside panels to get to the inside of the door. Then just tighten the window bracket or what not and thats it?
Yesterday I was rolling down the window and it popped a bit. I rolled it back up and there was grease on the inside. Not sure what that was about. This is an electric window also. Not super loose but it is also not suppose to rock when it goes up an down so I'd like to do this my self..... is it possible? or do I pay 600 bucks or what ever for a "pro" to take 5 minutes to fix it? :)
Update:How difficult will it be for some one like me to replace that regulator ?

just go to the mitsubishi dearler and asked for lancer spare spare
You need a new window regulator. The regulator breaks causing the cable to be loose on one side. Not repairable. Advance Auto has good prices on the regulator.
You need a regulator ( See troubleshooting from Ct , silly me)
