can someone please help me? I'm a 12 yr old boy, i weight 48kg and am about 162cm tall. I really need to help because i really want abs but i need to start of small first. like i can only do 10 push-ups.. Can someone please help me without damaging my body/?

Push ups won't help your abs(in fact they barely burn any Calories at all) so don't worry about them. I am 15 and got good abs this summer by running 10 to 15 minutes a day at least 5 days a week and doing sit ups. Start off small and work your way up. Start at what feels comfortable and adjust as you feel necessary(I started at two minutes of running and 25 sit ups and got up to 15 minutes and 60 sit ups in three weeks) because there is a lot of room for improvement. Also, limit the amount of refined sugar(if you don't see sugar as an ingredient it is natural sugar and is fine) that you take in. This should work for you; it worked for me and I am almost the same age as you. Doing sit ups and running won't hurt your body as long as you don't push yourself too hard. One thing I forgot; don't forget to stretch before you run so your legs aren't sore the next day.
