That would depend. Most people tend to believe that once a divorce is finalized, then all has been stated, and all has been dealt with. But more often than not, people need to go back and readdress issues or alter things within the divorce.
Now in your case, even if the pregnancy happened after the couple separated, regardless of being before or after the divorce process began or even finalized; the pregnancy is not viewed as being part of any of it, so long as the child is not a product of the couple that divorced.
As far as adultery, if the evidence is that in which the adultery was happening PRIOR to the couple separating, then yes the divorce can be opened up and that issue be addressed within it. Usually that only happens IF the couple had a prenup that stated something about affairs, or if it's still considered a crime within the county/state you live in. (most states/counties no longer refer to affairs as crimes)
who charges adultery? it's not a crime. it's a reason to divorce but it's not a criminal act.
I guess it depends on how much money is involved & how good (or ruthless) a lawyer the wronged spouse has.
edit:
they could probably go back & sever the parent child relationship w/ the wronged spouse & get him out of paying child support & he may be able to sue the ex for reimbursement of any funds he paid for child support. but that's only if they said that the ex spouse is the father of the child. if there was never any question about who the father was then it doesn't matter.
Adultery has long gone by the wayside as grounds for divorce in almost all states in these United States that I'm aware of...(Don't know about foreign countries)

No. You are divorced and no longer legally bound together.
Where are you? In most , if not all , of the USA each state is a no fault divorce state.
It is no ones business what you do with your life.
Adultery is not a crime. It is simply grounds for divorce. So no one is ever charged with adultery.
If you get back copies opf the agreement signed by the judge and entered into the records, it isn;t adultry.
No you will not get charged enjoy your new and free life.
I wouldn't think so but the law works in mysterious ways.
