Well recently my allergies have come back. I really dont know whats it's from. Either from outside, dust or my dog, Idk. I take allergy pills which last up to 6 hours and I took one right before bed. I woke up like 3 hours later though because of allergies and this has been happening a lot recently and is driving me really crazy cause my throat gets really itchy and I start sneezing like crazy. Is that allergies? Because if it was my pill should of worked but since I still woke up with itchy throat and sneezing. Im questioning if its allergies. and it takes like another 20 mins to go back to sleep and it just ruins my sleep. What could be the cause? and how do I stop this?If it is allergies I really dont know the source of my allergies.
And also during daytime it doesnt really bother me. Mainly just when Im sleeping.

When sensitive people get an overwhelming load of allergens, OTC medications don't help much. And yes, it sure sounds like allergies.
Since this is at nighttime, look at your bedroom environment. The worst offenders are dust, dust mites and feathers.
First, go shopping and buy hypoallergenic mattress and pillow covers. Buy new pillows; pillows should be replaced every year and I'd guess yours haven't been.
Then come home and do a super-fantastic cleaning of the room: anything washable gets taken off, down, out and washed or dry cleaned. This includes drapes, curtains, blinds, area rugs, comforters, quilts, blankets, sheets -- the whole works. While that's going on, shampoo the carpet and get in the corners REAL good. Better yet, get rid of carpet altogether.
Clean your closet out, make sure there are no heaps of clothing or accumulated boxes where dust bunnies are hiding. (Someone told me once they had dust elephants when they cleaned a closet.)
Then put the new mattress cover on the mattress and on your new pillows. You can also buy a room-size HEPA air filter and, if you live in a dry desert climate, a room humidifier.
Get a neti-pot and use it nightly to keep your nasal passages rinsed out. If, after doing all the above, you are still having a lot of trouble, go to an allergy specialist.
This is a very old remedy. It has been passed down from generation to generation. If you have allergies, and want to get rid of them, and as long as you maintain the daily dose or more (depending how much you like it) of this product, I can assure you your allergies will either go away completely, or lighten up to where it's noticeable. I do not know if it's safe for pregnant mothers to be, but I do know it's not safe for infants. It is completely safe for adults and children over 3. The product is honey, good old fashion local honey, not the stuff you buy commercially in walmart......, but the stuff the farmers make. Take about 2 tablespoons everyday, for the rest of your life, and your allergies will go away. You should start seeing results in 6 to 8 weeks. As snake poison is used to make a vaccine for a snake bite, local bee honey is the vaccine to allergies. You have to build your bodily system to a point where you become immune. This usually takes alot of time. I hope this helps you.
Since it is mainly at night, there are two things you can do. First, wash all your bedding in hot water and tumble dry it every week. This will help to get rid of dust mites. Second, get an air purifier and place it in your bedroom. Both of these things together should help tremendously.
