On my Craigslist post for a pair of shoes, this person replied "I am attracted to you and your ad. I would like to talk more and was curious as to if you could call/text me with where you live? Please find my cell phone # on my private page, you have to sign up first but no worries there's zero cost. This way I am safe guarding my personal information, I have cash set to go. I just need to ask you something over the phone and confirm this is not a scam. Thanks! " with an attachment of the girl in a bikini. This is definitely a scam right??

Those are spambots for porn sites that respond to everyone no matter what they are selling. That is a scam to try to get you to sign up for a site that bills you $99/week for 3 years with no way to cancel per the terms and conditions. DO NOT reply for any reason
Of coarse it truly is a scam, and that they are attempting to apply a enterprise like paypal to do it. purely sell to somebody in guy or woman with money, the scams are starting to be to be greater effective, and any lapse in judgement could fee you, money, and, or the object. money, in guy or woman...era.
