Do i need more protein?
I'm 5'5", 114 pounds, 18 yr old female. Workout 1 hr, 15 min 5 days a week-35 min cardio, 40 min strength.
Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 single serving container 0% Chobani Strawberry Greek Yogurt, 1/4 cup Nature's Path Granola, 1/4 cup organic milled flaxseeds.
Lunch: 1 apple, handful of carrots, salad, 1/4 avocado, handful chickpeas, spinach lettuce, handful tomatoes, fat free balsamic vinagrette dressing, glass of skim milk.
Snack: (Before I workout) Orange
Snack: (After I workout) Apple, snack on a few grapes/pineapple
Dinner: glass of skim milk, an apple, veggie burger plain (no bun), plain cooked asparagus.
Dessert: Apple (normally snack a little more on grapes)

Yes you are. For breakfast have 2 hard boiled eggs and for lunch/dinner have some grilled chicken. After a workout have a small protein bar to rebuild your muscle, other than that you're fine
You could input your diet into a website. Then, generate a nutrition circle graph. You'll need measuring cups and a food scale. You'll be in control of your diet that way.
All women lack protein in their diets. I can help you with it. We'll need a banana too.
