I have anxiety and panic attacks as well and have only had them for a couple months. I know exactly how you feel sometimes I panic so much I feel like I can't move yet feel desperate for help. You can go on certain medications such as I have, which have helped some, you can also try meditation and yoga which I also do and it does help. There is also a drink called Monavi made with an amazon fruit and while I haven't tried it for my panic attacks a friend of mine had severe panic attacks so much so she had to be homeschooled and she tried Monavi and it did get rid of her attacks. There are also several books on panic and anxiety. You can also talk to a counselor or psychologist. It is a physical problem so don't think that it is all in your mind and that there is something very mentally wrong with you. Just know you are not alone and yes one can get over them it may take time or with some of the other suggestions above or it may simply just disappear one day. I hope I have helped in some way and I wish you the best of luck!
Hi, it could be a physical factor, as you mention dizziness, loss of concentration and your eyes fluttering. I would check the free questionnaire on www.foodforthebrain.org, this is a charity where you can try and find out what you are missing nutritionally. For example, some vitamin deficiency symptoms can be feeling unreal, hearing your own thoughts, panic attacks. Do you eat a lot of sugar? This might explain the loss of concentration and dizziness. If you can, cut down on the sugar and eat more vegetables and fish. If you think you are anxiety is more related to mental factors then you could try thework.com , this is a free cognitive therapy, which I find very helpful. I hope you find something useful here!
