australian group tour - help?
i'm from adelaide(australia) and want to go to brisbane or sydney on one of them group tours between boxing day and 4th January, which will include my 21st. i've looked into contiki tours but apparently i have to book 45 days in advance.
just wondering if anyone knows of any other group tours that do australia where i can book this late?
i don't want to spend more then $1500-$2000 on the entire trip.
please help :-)

I would ring Contiki and see, if they have vacancies theres no reason they wouldn't take you, provided you can pay up front.
Its difficult. There's one Robert Richards Travel Agency (RRTA) at
Perth. I was in a situation like you in 2003. That time, I went to that agency and they said 4 days in advance booking can be done & they
accept it. I went on a "mega go austrlia package tour" for two ,
visited Brisbane and Sydney for Aus $ 1700 only for 5 days.
Try it. God knows if the company is still there now.
