I'm a little big and i'm just not comfortable with myself i want to slim down before school starts in September. How much is possible to lose in that amount of time? i dont want pills or any of that. I do have a treadmill that i run a mile at 7mph everyday. But what else can I do? I have belly fat and leg fat how can i get rid of it? im willing to work extremely hard! umm crunches would be goo for your belly fat as you put it or sit ups dont forget to eat tho! eat healthy foods like salad and if you really wanna lose weight fast don't eat any sweets! ahah i think you could lose maybe about 10 or 20 lbs i would say
