I need to work on getting better first touches on the ball. I think a lot of it might have to do with nerves, any tips on better touches? Also how can I make my passes stronger and more accurate?
use chalk to draw a box on the wall of your house or whatever. stand back and try to hit the box from various distances and angles. you can also draw it anyway you want so that the height and size can change. its chalk so it isnt permanent. its great practice if youre alone and bored
