Make your house into a full spa. Give each other facials, paint your nails, hang around in fluffy bathrobes or pyjamas, do each others hair. You could make it more interesting by doing it all natural, making your own products.

Alternatively, make it into a little-kid type theme, where you eat the things you loved as kids, watch kiddy movies, play kiddy games, even dress like little kids. I've done this before, it was so much fun!
