Body language and anxiety problem?

So I read up on body language and thought I would use the "reverse" technique. Its when u act confident and stuff when your not. So first I started with my feet and what I was interested in. It said the feet point the direction you were interested in. I was having a hard time concentrating so I said im interested in the world. And i was less fatigue and it helped me focus. Also I opened up my arms and said "I open myself up to that". So whenever I had an anxious thought or anything like that I would say that and open my arms b/c that means interested and open to ideas of others.

But sometimes whenever im typing on the computer or doing homework, my arms are closed in more and I seem to get more anxious. But it helps, it does, it also helped out my breathing and pretty much everything else. But im getting anxious and having a hard time concentrating b/c, well I guess im not interested. I guess I kind of answered my own question haha. But I just need help when im on the computer or doing classwork. What should I do? B/c its like im putting up a barrier and closing out other peoples ideas. Please help and thanks :)
