I am confused so I received my e-mail with my test results passing along with INSTRUCTIONS of documents to fill out and return to them but the instructions included the documents with water marks on them that say "instructions" on them I'm certain those are not the ones you turn in. I'm having trouble finding the ones that are not water marked and the ones that are turned in to complete the aplication process if any agents or prospective agents that remember this part can help?
