I'm sleeping in the floor and I saw a brown recluse run right by my hand on the floor right by my pillow and edge if blanket. It stayed in the wall next to me then I got it with a shoe and I don't know where it went. I know it's alive though. I live in Illinois and I think it's a brown recluse. Small, light brown. I think it came from my closet tht I'm sleeping outside of. It's cluttered in there. Should I go sleep on my bed?

There are many small brown spiders, and unless you live in the extreme south part of Illinois, you won't find a brown recluse.
My aunt that lives in a recluse infested house would say "I don't know why people make such a fuss over these damned spiders".
Sleeping on a floor would make it easy for a spider to enter your bed, but before you get all bent out of shape, you really should determine if this would be a recluse.
You will need to get close enough to see that it has 6 eyes in three pairs, that is the key.
some harmless spiders can have what looks to be a violin pattern, and they are not always that visible on the genuine recluse.
If your spider has any hairs or other visible patterns, it is not a recluse.
This is not a recluse:

If you have a bed, just check that there are no spiders within the bedding, and just sleep in your bed.
Its prob just a house spider but get sum spider spray and spray the seams off the floors and walls. If u catch one and identify it then invest sum money in an exterminator
No you should kill it. And go rent a room at a hotel but some bug bombs set me off. Wait a few days come back and sleep like a baby.
you do not want to get bitten by brown recluse spider EVER! it is very dangerous and it will eat your skin away. very painful...
Clean all of your room for once.
