Did you recall installing anything before this happen? If so uninstall it :)

There can be many Reasons

* Your net is slow and not able to load all images. Check if other sites are working good.

* Website host is lagging.

*Images size are too big.

* Website maker dint maked it properly ( He might be new and images are not placed correctly)

just reinstall your web browser or it might be your internet speed too... i would check your internet speed on speedtest.net
