Really want to go my main concern is tuition, course cost and living (would prefer a dorm or something like that)

I currently hold a 2.875 GPA on a 4.0 scale and am trying to raise my grades as my grades took a bit of a beating last school year due to an inconvenience that caused me to just about miss 3 weeks of school and then returning about 4 weeks before the end of the nine weeks...I have the next two years left to fix it but just in case lets say I graduate with only a 3.0 or even as low as a 2.5 but do decent on my SATs/ACTs where is somewhere in England that would accept me and also be fairly cheap?
