hey guys and girl got some major problems and hope someone can help?
Ok so I suffer from cluster migrains which can go away for maybe 6-7 months a time and then bang they will be back almost daily for about 4-5 months!
Been to doctors etc all the time and they have always gave me co-codamol or ibuprophen...
Been reading up alot lately and Co-Codamol seems to be a no go!! I dotn think my doctors know what they are talking about...
Can anyone with simialr migrains shed any light on avoiding these? thanks

It's been three days with no answer, your headache is likely gone. You are looking for something nonpharmaceutical for the next time you get such a headache. And your stress feelings might be nice to be dealt with as well. Notice that the first site applies to headaches, along with "nervousness and anxiety". Try putting two tennis balls in a cotton sock, tie it off, and lay on it, so they are at the spots shown in the first site. Or use your hands and thumbs like shown. Firmly pressing at the base of the skull with the thumbs. Last site tells more, along the same lines. Or try about 3 inches of rice in a couple of sock toes, tie them off, cut the extra off, put them in a cotton sock, tie it off firmly, and you can warm it in the microwave. It applies pressure and warmth to the designated acupressure points for headaches, including migraines, but also for STRESS.
Might as well deal with migraine headaches and stress the way that has worked for the Chinese for a couple thousand years. Notice the photo in the first site, showing the man with his hands holding his head, with his thumbs pressing upwards on those sites. Same points for the tennis balls, etc. that I mentioned.
Probably a tension headache. When I have a migraine, I am sensitive to light, noise, motion, everything. I usually vomit. If your main symptom is being tired, likely a tension headache. Make sure you drink plenty of water though.
