It's an episode where the killer uses technology to kill his victims - he changes an order of a man in a restaurant, ordering food he's allergic to and re orders. In order to get in touch with him, Mac puts a sign to a camera saying "Call Me". I believe the killer was suffering from a life threatening disease.
