Yes. You need to supply the correct password at the Cybersitter login menu. Once logged in you will find controls to disable it. There are options to disable for a fixed period of time, until next reboot, or until manually enabled from the menu.
If you're trying to disable it without the password credentials, good luck. This thing is protected every which way. I'm sure it could probably be circumvented, but the process is beyond the capability of most computer users.
If you need it disabled, find the person that has the password and have them disable it. If you are the legitimate administrator who installed it, but cannot remember the password I would recommend contacting the manufacturer.
