Please, Please help.

Im a 14 year old boy, and i think i might be developing schizophrenia.

I only have one group of friends, they are not true friends, but they are friends. They are very active and all of them play football. Then there's me. For the past year, im lucky to leave my house once a week. Im on my xbox and laptop about 10-15 hours a day, which has totally messed up my eyesight. Im very anti-social. I dont socialize with anyone but them, and occasionally my parents. Im also a germ freak. Im scared of a lot of things. I check under my bed all the times to make sure nothings there, i always wash my hands 3 or 4 times when going to the bathroom, and a lot of other non-normal things. I dont know anyone with schizophrenia, if that has to do with anything.

I've done some research, and it seems like i have multiple signs of it. Please, i really need some help.
