I wanna upgrade to Win7 (either Premium or Ultimate), but I'm not sure which version I'll need. Right now I'm using Vista, so all I'd need is the Upgrade, but later, I'll be reformatting on occasion and stuff, can I use the Upgrade to do a complete install later on? Because if not, then I would rather shell out the cash for the full version now.
Thanks.
P.S, Also, does anyone know if there are any actual differences software wise between OEM and Retail versions? I know that OEM doesn't include the Retail boxing and stuff, but I've heard people argue over whether OEM has tech support, and also whether OEM has more advanced options. Any of that true?

The Upgrade version only works as an upgrade so if you want to reinstall later you will need to first install Vista, then Win 7 on top... I don't recommend it.
The main difference between the retail version and the OEM version is that the OEM doesn't come in a fancy box. They are exactly the same OS.
As for Microsoft tech support I'm not sure but then does anybody ever use it? If you have problems you will have more luck asking Google. Anyway, you will have a genuine license key and so a genuine version of Windows so my guess is you can get support.
Unless you're a complete noob, get the OEM version.
