Does anyone know of a good ggj recipe...I know most formulas are passed from student to master, but as I have no master that uses ddj I would be most grateful for your recipes.
Bro'....as an alternative, condition with Woodlock. You can buy the treatment in oil form already pre-made, and in my own personal opinion, better for conditioning treatment than Dit Da Jow.
I've been using Woodlock over Dit Da Jow for over 15 years (as it came as an initial reccomendation from my Sifu in Hung Gar)...and not only does it act as a blood anti-coagulant to help remove bruising, it conditions the skin as well as the bones.
You massage it onto the limbs you'll be conditioning before training, and once more afterwards.
Trust me, it's good stuff....and just about any Asiatic medicinal shop will sell it.
