Ok, I've seen the quest id-list (I'm HUGE on cheating) and I want to know how to get the 'Repair the Orrery' quest. I've tried the cheat where you type it in, and you can choose which stage you're on, blah blah blah. Well, the first part on the thing where they show you what the stage says (so you can choose which one to type in) said "I found a note from Boethia, and she tells me how you can use the Dwarf Artifacts and repair the Orrery", or, something like that. Well I cannot find the note (by cheating or looking around), and I cannot get the quest by cheating.

HOW DO I GET IT? I will take the item ID of the note, how you get the note (if you need to finish any other quests or something), or if the quest is on the expansion pack, not the normal game as an answer (well, a good answer).
