It's a false religion. Came along 500+ years after the Bible had been completed. It 'began' with the birth of Ishmael, when it was Isaac whom was chosen by God to receive the eternal promises. It discredits Biblical accounts to promote it's own agenda.
What God does declare in the Bible however does include a special blessing for the descendants of Ishmael in end times.. I'd strongly encourage you (or anyone of that faith) to seek that out in the middle chapters in the book of Gen.
I'm not a Muslim I'm a Christian, but Islam is the belief in one god, known by the arabic Allah, and that Mohammed was his last prophet. Beyond that, honestly, Islam is a bit unclear.
