Yeah. The timing is wrong. My friends will add applications, but it won't show up in the news feeds until the next day or so.

I agree with the others that Facebook's timing is off. Also, Facebook wouldn't add applications without someone's knowledge -- they keep saying they're "secure" so to do that would be against just that.

Yes, it's possible to add applications one after the other. Sometimes my friends have forwarded me stuff so I'll have all these applications just sitting on the right hand column after I log-in. Sometimes I add apps right away, other times I just let them accumulate over a week or even a month because I'm too lazy to do anything with them lol. I've also added many apps at a time -- if you're quick enough you can add many apps within a minute.

If you're really concerned about his activity, why don't you just talk to him? Or maybe he didn't respond to your emails b/c he's busy -- sometimes it's easier to add an app than to reply to a message.

The timing on your news feeds is wrong. You can add an application on Monday but it may not show on your friends news feeds until later on in the week. Hope this helps.

Under "privacy", then "Profile", you can limit who gets to see your online status. That would be my guess. You can also control what goes into your mini-feed and the news feed.

I seriously doubt facebook is adding applications without this person's consent.
