False advertisement- Craiglist?
This lady sold me a bed, claiming it was a Tempur-Pedic. It turned out to be a Serta, so pretty much I got ripped off. Anything the police can do about it or not? I am willing to sue! Any advice???

The police won't do anything. Your only recourse would be to sue her in small claims court if she refuses to refund you. If you still have a copy of the ad and proof that it is a Serta the judge should rule in your favor
Depends on what state you're in, but in TX I'm pretty sure things like that are sold "as is". Be more careful next time. Also, coulda been an honest mistake, maybe she was just a dumbass...
