although they are old enough for treatment, i'd just use a fine toothed comb and have a pot/cup/bowel of boiling hot water, comb the flea's out and dip the ones that come out with the comb into the water and they will die instantly.
you can also get an electric shock comb that zapps them when they touch it.
The best thing to use in pets under 8 weeks of age is liquid original dawn or palmolive dish soap. Make sure they are original and do not have any additives (whiteners, baking soda). Wash the pet in warm water and dish soap. Dry immediately with a warmed towel (put in dryer while washing).
Make sure the kitten is fully dried and keep them very warm afterwards. Use a flea comb to remove and flea dirt that remains.
Kittens over 4 weeks of age can take a capstar. It is an oral pill that will kill all adult fleas in about 15-20 minutes but will not keep them from becoming infested again. Still bathe them in the dish soap to remove flea dirt and eggs.

you need to get them treated quick, fleas in such a young kitten can over power it's body and make it very weak.
they are also a little young to be away from the mother cat.
