I have a ford fiesta mk1, I have been resorting and all the body is done but the windscreen has like a film where the wind screen wipers have been wiping, so this makes it very difficult too see. My main question is if there were any products or techniques to remove the film

It'll be very fine scratches. Not much you can do, some say T-Cutting the screen works but if it's bad the only solution is a new screen.
Probably not a difficult job on a Mk1 Fiesta where the screen is held in by a rubber trim and not bonded.
The fog is likely to be general grime - diesel and other particulates. First - wash the screen with a well known Cola. Yes, it does work. Now the screen will be sticky from the sugars and other items in the Cola so wash it at least three times with fairly hot water with washing up liquid in it. Now, clean the screen with Newspaper soaked in Vinegar - White preferably and dry with Newspaper. You should now see a notable difference.
