I need to locate these expenses on 2011 Form 1040 Schedule C:

Advertising (Line 8)

Professional Dues (Line __)

Professional Journals (Line__)

Employee Wages (Line 26)

Insurance on Office Contents (Line 15)

Accounting Services (Line 17)

Miscellaneous Office Expense (Not sure if this would be in Line 18 or Line 27a)

Utilities and telephone (Line 25)

Payroll Taxes (Line 23?)

Depreciation (Line 13?)

Could you please verify the ones I have allocated and help me by telling me what Line item it should be for those that I left in blank?

I would greatly appreciate it :)
