When I put in the Reach disc, my xbox doesnt recognize it. It thinks its a DVD. All my other games work fine, its just this one. Other than calling customer service, is there something else I can do to fix it??. Created by Billy Shears. consumer-electronics-en - games-gear-en - xbox-en

If your disc is damaged/scratched, it will not recognize it as a DVD. That's how my The Godfather 2 game did after i scratched it. But, it may also be your console as well. Just check to make sure there is nothing wrong with your Halo Reach game before you return/exchange it.
