My mom mentioned the other day that she and my dad used to have this garlic flavored wine that they both loved when they were first married. She can't recall if it was red or white but she would eat it with pasta and such. She was guessing that they had gotten it from California. Does anyone know what wine I am talking about (what it is called) or a similar type? I thought it would be a good birthday present for her if I can figure it out but everything I see online seems to be cooking wine and she used to drink it with food, not in it. Ideas? Thoughts?
