Georgia public schools vs. other schools?
public or private, from other states, or even from other countries
I hated Georgia public schools. I was one of the smarter, more driven students and I felt like the schools were a waste of time and money. I did have some very good teachers, but overall I was disappointed with the expectations of the schools (really low standards), and the attitudes of the other students. I feel like I would have done better if I was in something like a Montessori program. If I can afford it when I have children I want to put them in Montessori. I do not want them in these types of schools.
I would like to hear other opinions on the quality of schools and how you think GA schools compare.

I went to public school in southwest, ga. I didn't think they were that bad, but I was just an average student. They didn't really teach a lot. For my eleventh and twelfth grade year, my parents sent me to a private school and you better believe I had to work my *** off! I never had to learn so much in my entire life. I realized that all those years I attended public school were a waste of my time. I didn't learn anything necessary. Going to private school made me a better person. I had to study. I had to succeed. And most important, I couldn't let my parents down for paying almost 15 thousand dollars a year to send me there.
I went to White Oak Elementary when I was in kindergarten and first grade, we moved to Texas and in second grade, I could not read...I mean I could read a little but at the GA schools they taught us to memorize the words...I had no idea what A's could sound like if put in different words etc...so I kind of get what you are saying!
Youtube has assorted getting to grasp movies which includes alphabet music, hues and shapes. i could additionally recommend analyzing and selecting a library day and park day. good success staying at homestead could be problematical and unorganized on account which you're on your guy or woman schedule verses faculties. however the money saved will carry you excitement! circulate purchase crafts and arms on instruments and function exciting with your newborn.
