If she had mites, you'd be able to see them. They look like little, moving, black flecks in her coat.
If they look more like reddish scabs (and are not moving), they're probably just that: scabs. She may have been just scratching. Just keep an eye out on them, if they are scabs.

Mites are not visible to the naked eye. Lice are.

It's worth a one-off treatment of a drug called ivermectin, applied to the back of the neck. Beaphar is a good brand.
