I'm looking for some healthy school lunch ideas. And what is your opinion on frozen lunches like Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice. I've read up on it and it says alone, they do not give you the nutrition that you need. However, what if you pair with it vegetables, fruits, and other healthy snacks? Would that be ok? And what would you recommend as a main course and other small snacks to go with it in a school lunch. Thanks in advance!

I don't think Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine is too healthy but having that once in awhile is okay.
You can make healthy sandwiches like tuna, turkey, ham, lean meat, chicken, fish, Peanut butter.
You can have salads & Veggie wraps.
For snacks you can buy fruits like apples, oranges, bananas, mangoes, grapes, strawberries, watermelon, kiwi etc.
Or veggies like broccoli, celery, carrots, avocado.
You can also have fiber one bars, fat free pudding, Greek yogurt.
For drinks try to always have water if that gets boring try Propel zero.
